We know that some of the best talent in Chicago oftentimes goes untapped as companies can’t connect with everyone who is qualified for the job.
By partnering with some of the best companies, nonprofits, and school networks in Chicago, we’re aiming to change the narrative.
We partner with companies to identify what qualities they are looking for in an ideal candidate. From there, we scan our Talent Network and alert each student who qualifies. Students can then connect with employers to learn more, ask questions, and apply with confidence for the jobs that match their ambitions.
